Refund Eligibility: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Gifts: For items marked as gifts and directly shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. For items not marked as gifts, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
