Production process: 2–5 working days, depending on the complexity of each product code and customer requirements. A skilled team checks every step—from fabric cutting and tailoring to final finishing—to ensure accuracy and meticulous craftsmanship.
Standard delivery: Estimated 7–12 working days. The shipping process is optimized to minimize waiting time and ensure the product arrives safely and in the desired quality.

- Other errors originating from our products or services: We will review and resolve any other error cases originating from our products or store services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- The product in your order is broken or damaged during transit.
- You receive the wrong product in your order.
- The order is lost in transit, and the initial shipping address was correct.
If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow below steps to request from our customer service:
- You must submit a request for a return within 14 business days after you receive your goods.
- After 14 business days, no return will be accepted. Also, if goods are returned prior to submitting your request, those goods are forfeited.
