- Incorrect color delivery: If the product is delivered in a different color from the placed order, customers have the right to request an exchange at no additional cost.
- Strange color stains on the shirt: If there are any issues related to unwanted color stains on the product, we will accept exchanges.
- Other errors originating from our products or services: We will review and resolve any other error cases originating from our products or store services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- The product in your order is broken or damaged during transit.
- You receive the wrong product in your order.
- The order is lost in transit, and the initial shipping address was correct.

Got the shirts just in time but they were the completely wrong design. I ordered Sum 41 concert tour shirts and I got Justin Timberlake. I know these were definitely mine because I ordered two different color and two different size of shirts and that was all correct. Now there’s no way my shirts will arrive on time to give the birthday gift I was planning for tomorrow.
