All the shirts in my recent order were perfect, and I’ve ordered from this company many times before, always pleased with the quality. However, I did encounter some issues this time. My order was delivered later than expected, but the seller proactively reached out to me about the delay and offered me a discount code. I really love the designs and the fit of the shirts, but I hope that the delivery time can be improved in the future.
Ordered a HOODIE, paid $32, received a t-shirt NOT A HOODIE or even a HOODED T-SHIRT. I reached out to the company, they’re telling me it’s an issue with the order and they will not correct the problem, they even sent me a screenshot of the order and it says HOODIE in the product description. Absolute bullshit to do to people! I wouldn’t pay $32 for a t-shirt! Offering me 10% off my next order, get real!!
