The product is completely handmade, designed and sewn individually according to each product code. Each product line has unique characteristics and refinements to ensure quality and originality.
Production process: 2–5 working days, depending on the complexity of each product code and customer requirements. A skilled team checks every step—from fabric cutting and tailoring to final finishing—to ensure accuracy and meticulous craftsmanship.
Standard delivery: Estimated 7–12 working days. The shipping process is optimized to minimize waiting time and ensure the product arrives safely and in the desired quality.
Important note: Delivery times are calculated excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen occasionally. We can offer reproductions and refunds for your orders if there are order mistakes. If you are submitting a reproduction or refund request, please include photo evidence of your product in your order.
Cases where we cover the Reprinting cost (Reproductions) or Refunding:
- Faulty printing: In the event of issues such as blurry printing, color loss, or distortion not in line with the designed sample, …
- Spelling errors on the shirt: If there are any spelling errors on the product, we will take responsibility and assist with exchanges or returns.
- Incorrect color delivery: If the product is delivered in a different color from the placed order, customers have the right to request an exchange at no additional cost.
- Strange color stains on the shirt: If there are any issues related to unwanted color stains on the product, we will accept exchanges.
- Other errors originating from our products or services: We will review and resolve any other error cases originating from our products or store services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- The product in your order is broken or damaged during transit.
- You receive the wrong product in your order.
- The order is lost in transit, and the initial shipping address was correct.
If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow below steps to request from our customer service:
- You must submit a request for a return within 14 business days after you receive your goods.
- After 14 business days, no return will be accepted. Also, if goods are returned prior to submitting your request, those goods are forfeited.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping labels. We will send you return instructions separately by email.
- It will take approximately 5-10 business days to process your refund.
Products at Keeptee are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept or support returns in the following cases:
- Incorrect print selection for the product.
- Choosing an inappropriate size for personal needs.

I absolutely love this hoodie! The fabric is incredibly soft and feels so cozy against the skin. It keeps me warm without being too heavy, making it perfect for layering in colder months. The quality is impressive, and I can tell that it’s built to last. Definitely a wardrobe staple!

Now, I am taking back my previous review of a one star negative. After further communication with customer service, and they are correcting my order and I only am being asked to pay the additional shipping cost, which I guess I don’t mind. I really was very upset for the mixup and the initial replies I received, now they’re correcting the issue so I appreciate their doing so.
All the shirts in my recent order were perfect, and I’ve ordered from this company many times before, always pleased with the quality. However, I did encounter some issues this time. My order was delivered later than expected, but the seller proactively reached out to me about the delay and offered me a discount code. I really love the designs and the fit of the shirts, but I hope that the delivery time can be improved in the future.
