Shipping Policy

Currently, we only ship within the USA. – Production: Processing Time: 4 – 7 days* (in regular seasons). This depends on your order (please read the product description) and may take longer during holiday seasons. – Estimated Delivery: 7 – 19 days* (in regular seasons) or more depending on holiday seasons for orders shipped domestically.

Shipping rates are:

• $4.99 for one product for the USA. • The highest rate is applied once to the whole order. While we use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

Order changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, you must start the return procedure once you have received the item.

Item not received

If you have successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered, you should contact the carrier to locate your package. Once the item is dispatched, we do not have control over it (once it is with the carrier).
